Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events can arise. To remain fair and effective for all clients, we kindly ask you to follow these policies:

1. Cancellation Notice
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the full appointment fee will be charged.

This fee must be paid before scheduling your next appointment.

2. No-Shows
Clients who miss their appointment without notice (“no-shows”) will be charged the full session fee.

3. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure we can accommodate other clients as scheduled.

The therapist will decide whether sufficient time remains to proceed with the session.

Regardless of the session’s adjusted length, the full session fee applies.
